Purchase a Web4biz Fast package and if you are not completely satisfied with the website within 12 months, we will refund your $999 + GST.

Conditions and Qualifications for Guarantee

• This guarantee applies to Web4Biz Fast websites only and must be hosted on our server infrastructure.
• The website services purchased by the client must be for business purposes only.
• The client must have signed a purchase agreement and agreed to our terms of trade.
• The website must have gone live with all the intended and client supplied content loaded within 3 months of the delivery date.
• All invoices to the client by Superstar Software must have been paid within the agreed timeframe (All payments must have been received within a maximum time period of 30 days following the date of the invoice).
• The client must still be trading after the 12 months. Guarantee refunds will not be issued to companies or individuals who are insolvent or who have ceased trading. Refunds will not be issued to liquidators, creditors, or third parties.
• Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser only and claims by any new representives, managers or owners of the business will not be accepted.
• All guarantee claims must be made in writing and lodged within 12 months of the date of delivery of the website.
• Guarantee claims will only be considered in the 11th month from the date of delivery of the website.
• Upon a successful guarantee claim and with 24 hour notice, the website will be taken offline on the next business day.
• Guarantee refunds will be issued via cheque and will be paid on the 20th day of the 13th month after the date of delivery of the website. The refunded amount paid will be $1123.88 (GST included).
